There are 16 states with a blue trifecta (a democratic governor and state legislature) — California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Virginia and Washington. That is ten more trifectas than we had in 2017. These 16 states represent nearly half of the national gross domestic product and have an outsized level of cultural and economic power. What is our state doing to leverage that power to stop the regimes abuses and harms?
California has to lead this fight. California is the fifth largest economy in the world with a double Democratic supermajority in its state legislature and Democrats in every Statewide offices. Still to make meaningful changes, we need to let our representatives know what we want. It is why Indivisible Tri-Valley joined Indivisible CA State Strong (CASS), a coalition of grassroots Indivisible groups across the state, which aim to empower California constituents to make their voices heard in Sacramento.

Indivisible CA: State Strong is a coalition of grassroots Indivisible groups across the state, which aim to empower California constituents to make their voices heard in Sacramento. Our ultimate goal is to pass progressive policy in California to lay the groundwork for change that can spread to other states and eventually the whole country!
Every year CASS members pick the priority bills to work on. And our voting is ongoing through noon on March 13, 2026!
