ICE Out of Dublin Campaign
Indivisible Tri-Valley is a member of ICE Out of Dublin Coalition, that has been working to stop ICE detention center in Dublin. We believe that families belong together, and no human is illegal, and we demand "due process" for all.
We organized for the Dublin City Council (December 16, 2025) and Alameda County (April 7, 2026) to adopt a resolution denouncing possible usage of the closed FCI Dublin as an ICE detention center.
On Friday, May 1, the Federal Bureau of Prisons published an Environmental Assessment Report on FCI Dublin. The publication of this report moves FCI Dublin one step closer to its possible reopening as an ICE detention center.
We need everyone to take action now: A 30-day public comment period opened on May 1 and closes on June 1. Let's FLOOD the process with hundreds of our public comments: No ICE Detention Center in the SF Bay Area or anywhere!
